The CEO of Grand Estates, Val DeVine, founded the company after trying to sell a multi-million dollar residence and finding the traditional listing approach unsatisfying. In addition, Val realized that unscheduled, inconvenient showings were a constant interruption for property owners, and didn’t show off the home to its best advantage.
